We
saw lots of old castles, and even stayed in one! The castles
actually made you feel like you were in Mediaeval ages! I also
liked the "Ring of Kerry" Drive. We saw the Skellig
Islands, ancient islands of rock where monks lived in the
years 600-900. |
| In the Gap of
Dunloe, we saw the lake where St.
Patrick drove the last snakes out of Ireland. We got to kiss
the Blarney Stone. It was OK but I didn't really like it
because it was pouring rain that day! |

I also didn't like when
my mom locked the keys in the car at Markree Castle. My
brother and I liked meeting Cormac, Fiac, and Finn at our
B&B in Carlow, near Kilkenny.
