The Mexican government has announced that
effective March 1st, 2010, Canadian citizens
flying into Mexico will be required to travel with
a valid Canadian passport. See

REMINDER:
Passengers must also travel with a valid Canadian
Passport in order to take any cruise and to enter
the following "South" destinations: Aruba | Barbados | Belize |Bermuda |
Costa Rica | Cuba | Guadaloupe | Haiti | Honduras
| | Martinique | Panama | St Maarten/St Martin |
Trinidad & Tobago | Turks & Caicos | UK
Virgin Islands | US Virgin Islands | USA |
Venezuela (including Margarita Island)
In fact, in case you have any unexpected change of
travel plans, forcing a connection in USA for
example, you will need a passport.
